Should I butcher bullied hen

This happened to me with my 4 Production Red’s. I ended up rehomeing the 3 bullies and keeping the 1 (Sesame). Six week later I tried to bring 1 back. Within 5 minutes that one hen was after Sesame again. Sesame was so scared, I swear she had PTSD.
Good luck! Maybe you can find yours a good home.
It doesn’t always mean something is wrong with the victim. They seem to start acting like a pack mentality, or at least mine did.

Yea she don't seem sick or nothing like that I just hate seeing my girls make her stay on the roof of the coops she don't get to scratch or move around the run I rather just eat her than c her get picked on ya know

My only concern is if I cook her off will the next lowest hand in the group start getting bullied then after
