They say it's more time consuming than a cat but less than a dog. I guess other people spent less time on their cats than I do lol.

sounds good for me to eat. lmdo i don't give mine any table food but once in awhile gravy in his dry food he eats only rachial rayGilcamp.... I use leftover scraps of venison or elk. A few years ago, when DH was processing an elk and tossing meat in the garbage pile, I said," HEY.... save that for dog food". So ever since, with whatever we kill, the meat that we don't eat gets made into dog food. I make a kind of stew with the meat and throw in some veggies. Sweet potatoes, carrots, peas, green beans, a handful of oats or brown rice and maybe some bacon grease. If I am short on veggies, I will use the frozen veggie mix. My dog loves it. I mix it in with dry food so that he gets the extra stuff he might need that the homemade stuff might lack.
