Well, heck. Just one today. But it was Baby. Yeay!
I tried an idea (can't really call it a "recipe") tonight. Mix one Angel Food cake mix, and one of any other cake mix together in a gallon storage bag. Just the mix. No eggs or oil. Then you take a mug, and add 3Tb. mix, 2Tb water and stir. No spraying the mug is necessary. Microwave for 1 minute. It will slide right out of the mug.
It is great for portion control (if you live alone, you know why a whole cake is a danger). Frost if you wish. It is called "3,2,1 Cake"

MC will have to try that for the g kids it can be a snack.(psssst....you can freeze portions of cake very well) most cookies too....good in the summer. Pass the frozen cookie tin.
W4w - very funny, my dogs flipped out and ran to the window to check on the chickens, they thought something was very wrong with them!
