Thunder snow is like a thunderstorm but only with snow. The last time I saw it do that I was about 14. It snowed all day. We got 32 inches that time. It is the wildest thing I have ever seen. Btw. I am 47 now. So it was a while ago. Lol
YAAAA. I got 8 eggs today. So in the last 3 day I got twenty.

A current perfect day! I just wish I didn't have to move the bedding (the nest room is pine chips) all the way down to the floor. I have about six inches in that area. Thanks to everyone scratching them in that direction to dust bathe. I have sand in the other side. They want pine. Sheesh!![]()
My niece got a doll bed for Christmas, and the box is just right for 2 (or as many as want to stack on top of each other) hens to lay their eggs. Hopefully, they will lay them in there. I am getting worried about missing an egg or ten.baiting the 3 nest boxes isn't getting any results. Seems I have had this problem before. LOL. Oh well. I am just really happy to have eggs. Apparently, the relatives are getting restless. They want my eggs! Okay... My chicken's eggs.![]()
A couple of decades ago I had the pleasure of flying through a thunder snow storm with about 28 other people. From Pitts, PA to clarksburg WV. Lots of turbulance lightning and ice on the wings. No one spoke. Not at all. We just sat and rode it out...very scary. Now that was a puddle jumper flight I won't forget. Thank God for good pilots. We were real happy to land. But hey y'all, I'm down in Florida and the weather is .....perfect. reports are chickens fne, autos are working, wind/snow breaks are good. Glad everyone had a good Christmas..me too!
