Well, one more night down. She tried to walk away from me when I went to grab her for breakfast. Got 12mls down, fighting, and some of it is all over me . She then pooped on my kitchen counter. *sigh*

The bedroom door gets shut when I can't watch him. As much as I want the eggs to hatch on time (today or tomorrow while DH is still home would be great) I am also hoping that they will wait until Odin leaves Thursday. I may kennel him at night. I would sleep better not having a huge dog walking around in the bed, getting out, jumping back in, ticking Sturgis off...
Today a Leghorn chick walked out of the run to get closer to me while I was feeding them. Odin attacked her twice. He may have been just investigating her (he lays outside the runs, and watches without getting physical) but he was still putting his mouth on her. Guarantee my morning routine will change the next few days.

If she wasn't taking in any calories and nutrients she'd just sit there like a limp lump, and if her organ systems were failing she wouldn't be pooping. So both of these things are good signs, even though it's a pain for you!

She (this morning) was looking around and even pecked at the syringe. And also doesn't seem to be leaning as far to the side.

Porcelain D'anver, This is my oddball I think. same blue/cream am not sure if it has feathered feet tho. Think its feet are clean. ugh i will look tomorrow

Oddball?!!! Well, if you don't want 'em you can send them on out to California! Don't know why I like this color so much. Where did you get them? I don't see any feathers on the feet. So many feathers on the d'Uccles you can't even see the legs and feet.
