Yea new Eggs! I want some eggs from those big lush Cochins - when I got home, 2 of them were in Peach's nest, but no eggs... but Peach's little egg was nice and warm, and I know she laid it this morning - she was singing loud and clear when I was hopping in my car to head out for work. 3 others from the dome, including a nice little Marans egg... for a total of 4.

rainy but warmish day spent delivering mail on 3 routes. mine, a section of Ms So and So's route in my office and a section of the Prattsville route. the mail wasn't as late as it's been, but there was so much of it! lots of political mail, candidate stuff... I really should start a political mail consulting firm for the complete knuckleheads who expect to be elected when they don't even bother to get a mailing list of their constituents. "our neighbor at" is unacceptable. and to expect to get a discount on the mailings because they are presorted... only counts if the mailing is presorted in DELIVERY order, not alphabetical. I don't vote for anyone who sends out slippery postcards that cut my fingers. I hate political mail. rant over.

I got 3 trick or treaters tonight. I'm still expecting 1 more. Mylee is dressing up as Princess Sophia, from the Disney cartoon. she had a birthday 2 weeks ago, she's 4! I sent her The Little Mermaid movie and a new outfit, and am still waiting for pictures! I better get some pics of the trick or treating fun... I miss her so much. we still talk on the phone everyday... I found a really neat little camera/video recorder for her Christmas gift - specially designed for little hands, so I know I'll get fun pictures (of her feet and half of her face...) and videos of what she's watching on TV...the camera is only $30, if anyone's interested, I'll post the info from the catalog, comes in blue race car and pink butterfly.

the new potential convert was really interested in the bug control aspect... she didn't know they ate so many kinds of things.

I got 2 pictures, this one, and one of Mylee's face that she took herself, it's really cute, but it will not load. I keep getting error messages... she's got glitter eye shadow, so sweet...I love her shoes... they've got rhinestones on the toes, and little heels... she had a blast, and got a lot a whole pumpkin full of candy, plus another pumpkin filled with toys and treats from an elderly lady in her apartment complex - Mylee holds the door for her and helps her carry grocery sacks... and likes to ride her bike over when she's sees her curtains are open, just to say hello... I miss her.
