Should I buy eggs or wait it out?

Wanna guess where I found two eggs today?

I got 8 eggs today but I'm not sure when those two laid in the roof of the well were laid. I knew they went up there but I stopped checking daily cause I was getting the eggs I thought I was suppose to be getting. I checked today cause I didn't get a marans egg and I thought that was weird.

I have two new layers- Phyllis and an EE. I thought one of my smaller cream eggs was hers but I got a white egg today and sure enough when I researched polish they lay white eggs. So I have 4 outta 5 EE laying and I'm getting blue, green, cream and tan for colors.

AND.... I called the PO... they weren't overly helpful. I asked if they could tell me where it was and when I should get it.... she basically told me that they should have told me that when I ordered them.... So, I asked if I gave her the tracking order could she tell me where they were.... She said she'd track them, and told me that they should be here tomorrow.... And they would call me between 7:30 and 8:30 depending on when the truck got there....

last year we got chicks from a company and the post office called me as soon as they got them, told me to come over and go to back door I was there 10 mins later all was fine and they asked if they could see them so I opened the box up. they work with us great
 
Fa La La La Laaaaaaaaaa La La La La! I wish I could figure out how to get a link for that video... I will try to re-upload it here. at any rate... I had a large parcel today, which contained some sort of decoration that sings Christmas carols. and it was ON. and it is motion activated. breathe on it and it sings. touch something next to it and it sings. so I was "treated" to Deck the Halls and a few others for hours and hours! I was really hoping the battery would just die... but it didn't, so I left it by their garage Fa la la'ing away... that's not the worst noise making parcel I've had either - and I don't mean chicks, those noises I love, and would be happy to drive peeping chicks all day long... I had a doll once. if I hit a bump "she" would squeal WEEEEEEEEE! and laugh. creepy. especially when it would announce "I'm hungry Mama" I deviated from my route to get rid of it!
 
Haha that's classic!!!!! Love the scenery cheeka!!! I think if I was a postal person if want to be rural like that!!!! Beautiful area!!!
