they are very cute Scrambles, and you may be right on the money with gender. #2 is already getting a pink tinge... #1's not far behind, but #3 looks like a pullet.

day 10 has come to a close for Big Broody - she's doing great! I can tell she's eating and drinking a little on her own. I still visit with her at least 3 x's a day for hand feeding and water offerings. she always partakes of those heartily. she doesn't puff up and growl anymore either. she trusts me. I only touch her head and hackles, and put bits of straw on her back... that and the hand feeding has won her over. she still has all 8 eggs. 11 days til chicks!
