Should I buy eggs or wait it out?

The seramas are always wanting to go outside!

They are very cooperative and stay in the box to be carried out to their cage.

I rigged up a new pen today so they could dust bathe. Under this oak is the only spot on the property with sand.

You ever seen a safer looking pen? Hope no one sneezes!

The 2 smooth cockerels are pretty, but have very loud crows.
This one is Friendly.

This one is Tommy Trouble.

Going to keep Bueno, the little silkied guy in front. He's a sweetheart and has a very quiet crow. So far.

It looks like Scooter is guarding them, doesn't it? He's really keeping himself between me and them because he's jealous!

And Belle wonders why I take more chicken pictures than pictures of her. Oh that big sad eyes look!

I stayed up late to try to get some shots of the moon, but I'm too wobbly and no matter what, keep moving even slightly. I need to dig a tripod out of the attic. but we did have almost 4 hours of free range today and it was really nice.

these 2 finally made friends. because they both wanted to be in my lap at the same time

sharing strawberry tops

flap all you want, he won't budge and if you push him, he'll poop in your bath

W4W, they are all so darned adorable! and tame.. too bad some of those boys are too loud, they are gorgeous...

Wrangler is already packing all her movies up in a new case so she can leave the cover boxes home and save space. we went over about 30 movies that I already have so she doesn't bring duplicates. we're having weird weather, so she needs warm clothes and summer clothes, but last year they packed too much... I do have a washer and dryer... so that will save even more space. golly I'm excited!

Guard cat does not look amused.

That one little chick was sure enjoying the sunshine. So glad you got the fence up. Everyone is happier!

I'm getting excited right along with you about Wrangler's visit. Are you taking time off work while she's there?

Here's the flycatcher nesting on our front porch light. My son took this from a distance up on a ladder. Poor little mama bird is not very trusting, and we are trying to keep from scaring her off too often. She's getting used to us a bit more every day, which is good, because she is about 4 ft away from the front door.

I could post 1 million pictures of her in the field picking dandelions, but I won't! LOL
If I did it correctly, no one can see the YouTube videos without the direct link. If anyone can, please let me know.

I'll be taking a few days here and there, spread out over the summer, but my route is pretty small and I'm generally home by 1ish... so it's not bad, I'm a bit late today... but I don't care, I got maybe 4 hours of sleep, kept waking with foot cramps, calf muscle spasm and pain in my thighs
