You probably would not have gotten much anyway. I cashed a check for $4.52 as part of the Apple digital content settlement.

I got a check for $49 and change for some overcharge on a computer that I no longer have... and I just got the check yesterday! didn't file any claim, just got a check... weird.

so... I don't think I can move my birds. I will try to get NPIP testing done for a few bantams, but the laws are strict and after that horrid avian disaster last year... there's no way I will risk losing them. people here want them, but I need to take Brutus and Neffy... I will talk to the vet on Monday. I can't leave those two behind. that would be too devastating for both Wrangler and myself.
the dogs and cats have all been to the vet in the last 6 months, I have all the paperwork, but I will get a letter for them too if needed. she'll know what I need...

Yesterday morning, I found the top left pullet egg. I assume from the day before. Then the next brown the same place last evening. The wind blew the pop door shut, and the green was in the run. I can only assume none are hiding in the yard.

if this place was down on Long Island with a quarter acre it would be a million.  5 acres... probably between 3.5-5 million

it's location location location... but we're out of the flood zone and it's very private up here.  I would like to ask for more, but there are few comparable properties... lots of big houses with either hundreds of acres or small lot, or a dump with more acreage... and the market is tough here now, I need to get outta here, so it's priced to sell.  the Master Bedroom is very out of date, I left room in budgets to paint and redo the carpet...

2 showings today, and now 1 on Sunday.  piling up!  someone please put in a bid!
