Should I buy eggs or wait it out?

How old is she? One of my older hens did the same thing.

She is 1.5 years old. The weather was a tad bit warmer then. The past week we fell into a polar freeze. But.... another brown egg layer has started laying.

During the 6 months that they did not lay, I wormed them, treated for lice and mites (just in case...I did not see any bugs or worms) Gave them vitamins and big ol bird. I tried chili flakes and was thinking about getting a priest to remove a curse....Then they just started laying again!

Two eggs in the fridge, quail due to lay in two weeks, 13-month SLW in the coop, and three mature ducks. They have not laid in forever!
