Should I buy eggs or wait it out?

I've heard lots of people compare chickens to dinosaurs. When it comes to treats, they remind me more of a school of piranha.

FEEDING FRENZY!! Everyone out of the water!!

Looked like eight woodpeckers on steroids gone berserk. There was really no reason for them to act like a bunch of idiots. I was sure somebody was going to die. Either by getting their head ate off or a pumpkin overdose.

I made my girls peanut butter and scratch "cookies"

I've heard of baking from "scratch", not baking with "scratch"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! bet they loved em!

I didn't get home til near dusk today... just enough time to bring out some applesauce... got 3 lovely eggs, one of each color again... Wilma took the day off, that's okay... that one egg from yesterday was "small", but i'm sure it didn't seem that way to her!
2 more days of double shifts... and then I work one short day... no days off, but if I can get a few short days, it's almost like having a day off... almost.
we need more express drivers, the knucklehead who was supposed to work on Sunday just plain didn't show up... so an hour after I was told I was not needed, the phone rang and the begging began...

Cheeka I was thinking of you this morning, it made me remember to stop stalking my post office I'm waiting on my chick delivery and its driving me nuts, but no need to call my post office every. Thirty minutes and refresh my tracking info every thirty seconds right ? Lol my husband told me I am not allowed to drive by the post office or wait in the parking lot for the phone call....but I want too

awwwwww! we love getting the chicks in... the peeping is so cheery! i know... it's so exciting to know they are close! you can be sure that your office will call you right away, trying to follow tracking can be frustrating as it only updates at certain times of the day... your husband is funny! he must know how eager you are to get your babies!!! can't wait to see pictures!

one thing you can do... is get the # for the Express Expediters Desk at your districts General Mail Facility. these are express parcels... and the supervisors there, while busy... are usually more than happy to make a call when your shipment comes in. that way you hear before 6 am, that they are on their way to your local office... if the GMF isn't too far from you, you can make arrangements to pick them up there, and save them from another long ride in a drafty truck.

I'm not finding a directory online, but I just did a couple of quick searches... seeing that you are in NY... not in the Albany District by any chance?? I have those #'s. I can get the #'s for any other district in the morning, but if your chicks are due in... it will be more useful for your next order... you can certainly call your postmaster and ask for the #'s... he or she may have the main #, and you can get routed from there, but if you can give them a little time... you should be able to get the direct #. now, generally, these phone lines don't have voicemail, and if the supervisor is over by the truck bays trying to find out what is arriving on the next truck... no one will answer, try again, they usually aren't away for more than 10 minutes.

If I decide to mail Roger would I put her in a box or a straight jacket? Also if it takes more than a day to get to China does the post office have pie?
