Should I get a used chicken coop?

Yeah you want at least 3-4sq ft of coop space and 10sq ft of run space per chicken. If they are going to remain enclosed in that coop that's only big enough for 2 hens. If they will also free range you could maybe do 3-4, but only if they aren't going to be closed in for long periods, like during cold or bad weather.

You could build a bigger, better coop for that price.

If you do buy it, then you've gotten good advice on how to clean it.

That is really small. Look on Facebook Marketplace too. I scored a 6x8 shed where the homeowners were moving and were selling. Scored it for $250 then added some cheap windows with screens from lowes, roosts and a door.

This article says that if they'll be free ranging, all they need is a 4x4 area as far as the coop. This one is 3x6.

I would go with something bigger, even If you only intend to keep 4 hens, somehow, most of us end up with more as time goes on, even if we are only suppost to have 4. Also agree you can build what you want on a shoestring if you post on places like craigslist for materials. Have actually seen some lovely coops here, built out of things like old pallets. Do your homework before you get the hens. Welcome and good luck
