Should I help baby chick hatch?

I am down south in tiny Talent. Just north of Ashland, home of the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. I live a ways up in the hills above the town at approx. 3000 ft. Freezing cold here today, my poor hens do not like the snow so they are inside their covered run picking on each other because they are bored.
I’m in Oregon City! What about you?

We are only at about 500 ft and had a lot of snow this week! Probably got about 8 inches total, but not all at once. I was hoping spring was going to make an early appearance but I should know better than to try to predict Oregon weather!

Doing well! It was born with very curled toes on one foot, so I’m working to correct it. We have 5 that have hatched so far! I’ll post pictures once hatching is done!
Excellent! I assume you did not have to help this one. Vet Wrap works well for curled toes. Good luck with your chicks!!:jumpy

I use masking tape or that paper-fabric-like medical tape.
