Great to hear she is doing okDoes sound like she has hatched with albumen (egg white) on her from how you have described it. The usual cause of this a humidity problem. Once she is a little stronger you should be able to clean her up better with warm water so she can then fluff up. Just make sure she doesn't get chilled.
