If you can see the beak is it moving like its chewing something? If it is it's still absorbing its yolk and it is not ready to hatch yet.

Yeah it is still moving the beak. Thank you so much for your help. We are just worried since its been almost 18 hours since the initial pip.

It can take 24 hours.
It sounds like its absorbing its yolk still so probably in a few hours it will get ready to jump right out of that egg.
