Chick was born early this morning. He's dry but feathers/fluff matted to him. His skin looks red. This is a Birchen Marans. Bought eggs from MPC. Only 2 of 5 have hatched. The other was born day before him and he is entirely dry and fluffy. Didn't open bator unril this late afternoon. I managed to soften some shell that was stuck to him. (Just moistened my fingers with warm water and gentle massages it off.) Not feeling positive on the others and I'm worried about this guy. He seems in good spirits just not sure what to do. Hard to not do anything. I will trust the experts. Thanks in advance for your input!
