Well they have had 2 weeks (working days mon-fri) no reply. So with that plus them violating bird lockdown orders, and removing the cream crested legbars that had 100% infertile rate also my marans only 2 out of his were fertile (the 2 matans hatched i have them along with 3 white leghorns).

So i left a google review explained my experience and that i would not be buying from them again because of well low to no fertility in 2 of the breeds lack of communication after eggs shipped, letting their stock out when we have lockdown order.

The company is A and J poultry in Exeter. Im sure many ppl had good experiences with them buti did not and will not buy from again. I have had better luck with fertility with really badly packaged heavily soiled eggs from ebay.

Idk if i should.. should i mean they did send this letter with the hatching eggs (see picture attached). I mean i did contact them i gave them 2 weeks in working days to reply. I tired to work with them.

Right I think I will then, but now I just want to know if I would be unreasonable for requesting the full price of all 6 infertile cream cream crested legbars egg (£17.99 = roughly $23.55). £1.65 (roughly $2.17) for the one infertile leghorn and £11.96 ( roughly $15.65) for the 4 infertile french wheaten marans. So a total £31.60 (roughly $41.36) am I being unreasonable?

I would at least get back the cost of the CL's, since they were all infertile.

Thank you. I have now put in a paypal claim that item is not as stated/defective. I cant link the item on their web site as the removed it but i might see if i can get a screen shot showing they did have them i.e search results. I attached all the legbar candling pictures and stated i had a 7 min long video of me candling all the eggs from the seller if they want it/if i can even add it. I have only requested the price of the legbar eggs back. Also stated i was uncomfortable sending back old hatching eggs and that in the past i heard of sellers switching out infertile eggs with early quitters that and i wanted to make a video showing the eggs were clear plus i do not want replacements as seller is allowing their flocks out to free range when birds are supposed to be lockeddown due to bird flu. Im not trying to be a jerk to the seller but they really should have responded.

Now hear this the cream crested legbars that were removed a few days ago are now back on the sellers site.
