Found a vet up in chipley that would work on her
He said it looked like she ate something she wasn't supposed to.
Well took her in back to do surgery and she died
Sooo guess ill be looking for another african goose next year :-(

Well wasn't something she ate
Vet said she was an old bird and looks like her gizzard wasn't doing what it was supposed to
Anyone ever heard of this?
What really sucks is I bought the pair in newnan at the show and guy that sold her to me said she was a 2 year old!

I've never heard of anything like that but when we get old things don't work so good anymore so probably same for all animals too.
A shame someone misinformed you about her age though. So sorry for your loss.

Her age is probably why I only got 3 eggs from her in the spring tried to hatch them 2 were clear and one died in the shell :-(
