Hello BYC tribe! I wanted to share my ladies
with you. My flock was first a flock of leghorns, that were rehomed to me from their original owners who were moving out of state.
And then we just recently adopted some rehomed hens. A white Plymouth and her 2 polish sisters. I’m new to all this chicken stuff and I think I’m successfully integrating the two flocks together in just under 3 weeks. It’s been a process but having 2 separate coops and a divider inside the walk-in run has really helped!
I love all my girls! I think I am ready for more maybe some blue and green layers. I love getting rehomed already laying hens.
(Not their coops, those are my 2 portable runs to protect from predators when we are not outside with them)
Love my hens and this community - many thanks for allowing me space to share!
