Show me your duck ladders!

Hello fellow backyard fowlers!

My smallest duck, but ironically second oldest, is having trouble getting out of the 120 gal stock tank that I use as their pond. It's almost level with the ground, but Lorna is still having trouble getting out and I have to keep an eye on her that she doesn't get exhausted and drown. What are you all using for ladders for your duck pools? Lorna is a 3.5 mo old chocolate runner, but she seems to be on the runty side.

I have a 50 gallon stock tank and use large rocks for mine to get out of the pool. For one that big I'd suggest some type of ramp. A ladder they won't be able to use.

I have a cinder block next to the pool,..several of them otherwise she has a hard time getting out of the pool
