Show me your favorite GARDEN PICTURE!!!

Made mine from rough cut lumber, each section stacks together as the compost fills. Chickens love the compost, poor pic but you can see one bird in it. It was snowing and pretty windy that day.

I don't really have much in the way of garden photos right now. We were only just starting to get things set up last year, so I have a couple of pictures of barely planted plots LOL.

This was my plot garden, trust me... it didn't look this nice later on in the summer and I won't plot garden again! We're doing raised beds this year.

And my front garden, there was one on the other side of our pathway but I didn't get a photo of it last year. It has a bunch of false spirea in it, sweetpea, coneflower, and some nice little flowering shrubs. This garden was later planted with lots of herbs, tomatoes, runner beans, sweetpea, cone flower, and lupins. It's our potager garden, this year it'll have more potager stuff in it lol.

Down at the end of the driveway, we have a bigger way better farm sign now but the garden is pretty much the same..even though I put in more lupins and cone flowers and the like.

And our enormous white lilac that is right by the house. This thing is HUGE.

Wow.... so many gorgeous pictures! Now you have me starting to think about spring even though we still have lots of snow on the ground! I'm hoping to fix up some of the gardens here at the house this year. Last year was our first year so I kind of just watched to see what was here without making too many changes.
I posted some of these last spring, but I thought I would share a few again.

We planted a huge vegetable garden last year and we're planning on adding another one this year. I can't find the picture of it, but I do have a couple pictures of things it produced!

I picked about 50 dozen ears of sweetcorn over the season. This photo just shows the first harvest. I sold about half of it one afternoon, gave away a few dozen, and froze the rest. We are definitely planting more sweet corn and some new varieties this year.

Here are the potatoes we harvested (keep in mind, these are big crates... not standard apple crates). We are still eating these now. I am really wishing I had a root cellar, though. I think they would store better that way than they do in my basement.
