Mine is similar to PPs. They will be transitioned to a large dog kennel like the one in a previous post when They grow out of it. Its staying in a spare room under a window. I still have to put a roost in and get some bedding. Right now there is some of that nonslip rubber shelf liner covered with some paper towel. im almost ready for 6 pullets and 1 rooster arriving in 2 weeks. Im also setting up my baby monitor so i can watch them at work 
this tote is 36 x 17 x 17 . ive kept hens for several years now but i usually bought them at 6-8 weeks and they were already feathered. Id keep them in the dog crate in the coop till they were big enough to fully integrate. The lady id get them from.didnt raise chicks this year so ita my first time with babies!
