Show Me Your Pallet Projects!

I HAVE to ask him to lug the feed bags cos I got 2 artificial hips and am no longer allowed to carry weight over 5 kg, i CAN, but...

:old Yeah, understand. I had a tough winter and when I went to buy 50-pound sacks of chicken feed, I would ask the young guys there to load it up in my car. When I got home, I would just transfer the feed from the back of my car into 5-gallon pails about ~25 pounds each, but with a handle, and much easier to carry. At one point, that was all I could handle, and I knew it.

Thankfully, I am better now. But it left me with a greater understanding of how to work within my limitations, even if temporarily in my case. In your case, I hope you protect yourself. Good to hear you have others to help when needed.

The flip since is why get married.....since I am capable of fixing stuff and had a decent job I never got around to getting married 😂
My husband needs me for fixing stuff (repairing things) bc he gets annoyed very quick if things don’t work out the way he wants them. :gig
I love power tools. These make the work so much easier. I never had any pallet projects though and Im not a good carpenter at all. My skills are just good enough for chicken coops and fences. 😃

I haven't got any experience with power tools. I have tried using hand tools but everything gets wonky. I would like to get myself in a comfort zone to make some but for now I will just go without the beds.
My dh was never very handy. When I wanted to get chickens I knew I would be the one building things. I invested in a Milwaukee cordless drill because my dh never could locate his. I muddled through and built a hoop coop with very little assistance. And while it's not "professional", it does the job, and I learned a lot.

Then I built a second hoop coop behind the first!
