I would think any kind of produce scale... something that weighs lbs and ozs

Ive only held roosters in hand and weighed myself on bathroom scale... only accurate up to 1/2lb tho

I use these type scales often. What I would suggest is if you get one like that to get the better brands cause the cheap ones wear out where you plug the module into the scale

Havoc, do you use a 22 to euthanize birds? Below is a video, it may be graphic for some and there are probably better examples out there, but it is decent. I was taught this by veterinarians as a kid as a humane way to euthanize birds.

I use a .22 and I use a similar method for birds I want feathers from (no blood).
