Your welcome! I don't know how near you are to me, but I do have a spare splash Australorp cockerel that was born on 1/1/2017 that I'm ready to let go because I'm only keeping one out of the 2 from that hatch. I won't ship him though because he's getting big.

I was looking up the law in our neighborhood and there is no roosters allowed where we live.. I am so sorry. our neighbors probably wouldn't like it either.

This is my BA Happy Feet!
She was the runt when we got her,
believe it or not she has a story...

When we ordered the batch of chicks...
(Not just BA's though)
The other BA's were nasty so we got rid of them.

She is the only hen that I ever hatched a baby from,
she went broody and a hen hatched, the other BA pecked the hens foot.
(Luckily shes alright now.)

The point of the story was my Del/Dork rooster got with my NH
hen, she didn't go broody though so my BA hatched the Del/Dork/NH.

Before she hatched we didn't think the rooster was fertile so we ordered eggs, stuck them under Happy Feet...
She gave up after the one hen hatched (she had to teach the baby perching) so the last thing on Happy Feet
mind was laying on eggs for another day...

As a cold egg Tinkerbell my hen hatched in my room a plain NH!
