My 2 babies!! Black Copper Marans. I get 2 Ameraucana next week and 2 Barred Rocks, 1 RIR and 1 Silver Laced Wyandotte. First time chicken owner!!

These are adorable!!! I want white rock and cuckoo maran (or some form maran undecided for sure) to add still!

I think she's still improving. We just went out for a bit and she still has white sticky stuff but everyday seems a bit less. I do her soak after I get all the kids in bed. I hope I'm doing enough. Thanks for asking!

I think they are adorable when they line their little fluff butts up! And all their feathers coming in are so pretty! Such a fun experience.

Is she okay? That's what mine looked like before dying.

Just received mine yesterday (Thursday) morning and six of 11 have died. They were in bad shape when I got them.

No offense, but are you sure she's not dying in that bowl?

Oh, good... Sorry, still a bit stressed. I ordered from Tractor Supply, their supplier is Hoover's Hatchery in Iowa. Unbeknownst to me, there was a blizzard in the area when they shipped them out.

A good hatchery should always send extra chicks to keep them warm.
