Do you guys have any pointers on introducing new birds?

If they are older birds, make sure you quarantine them for a short while to ensure you're not getting your whole flock sick. If they are young'uns, introduce them a little at a time over the course of a few days. I would let my littles walk around with the big girls under supervision for a little longer every day until the adults stopped messing with them. And I waited until they were big enough to actually be able to get away if they needed to. Watching and seeing how they interact is key to me.
