Chocolate is solid chocolate - a bird that would be extended black, but is diluted to chocolate.

Nutmeg is a mallard/gray colored bird that is also chocolate dilute.

Look closely and you'll see she is indeed mallard patterened. Look at her face and you can see the eyestripe, that might be the easiest part of the mallard pattern to see.
