That is the cutest chicken ornament.I'd love to completely decorate a tree in all chicken decorations....It would cost a fortune of course....So,I won't be doing that....

Oh, thank you! I have done a complete circle. We used to have a very old large house that was my DH's great grand parents, now I'm back in the itsy-bitsy house that was my parents. This one is much more cozy then our big old drafty house.

I will have edit my other post as well because We throw the tree away in 2006 and last year's tree was a fiber op. tree that was 3 feet tall same as this year. We put it up the week before and took it down the afternoon of christmas last year! Momma wanted her lights outside up so she decided to get everything out, she is not the one who usally does this, but daddy and I had a wreck on 11/15 and his back still hurts and I can't get out to help him. So momma gets out the lights! The 32 inch star she has wanted to go in her Dogwood tree is in the tree but not light! She and I did not check before place it in the tree! OOPS.. oh well daddy will fix it later! The Stars on her porch are up, with duct tape, because she wants to see them from the road! and then the lights on the Dogwood were miss placed! So when she was looking for them she found the Tree from last year! and tree skirt! So me and my niece (3 yr) put up the tree! She said,with just the beads, it looked funny so we went to my room to find something to go on it, and found purple paper to make a Paper Chain!

Momma comes in later and said why do you have it back there it is in the way! so I moved it and then decided it as still bare so I added the feathers of Golden Pheasants that was shed this summer!

oh I added the purple stockings to show where we hang 'em but they will not really go up til Christmas EVE!

We usually get ours a week before christmas and decorate it like 2 days before christmas, so I don't have any pics yet.
