wekivaI let all my chicken aged in the refrigerator 3-4 days before i put them in frezeer camp or cook them.
I have done it both ways it . The chickens are better aged before you put them in the freezer same with deer meat.wekiva
can you process and freeze then let it defrost 3 days in the fridge before cooking - would that yield same results ?
Ok thanks- We don't have that problem with Venison because 95% of it goes to DeerBurger - the grinder makes it all tender LOLI have done it both ways it . The chickens are better aged before you put them in the freezer same with deer meat.
