They were hopping up on the bottom ones by week one... These will be three weeks old come Sunday/Monday. They hatched November 1st(ish); or atleast, that's when they were shipped as "day olds".
Nah; I slapped it together with scrap wood and nails, making use of our tablesaw and hammer. Same with the lil dusting box. Normally I build things a wee bit nicer and with screws; but, eeh, these are ment as temporary (original intent; only time will tell). LOL
Well, I hate to disappoint y'all but I'm going for production myself. Delawares just happen to be (hopefully) the dual-purpose breed I need - and I couldn't really care less if the roo has six points or five on his comb.
