The girls that I hatched that have the best coloring are from the other roo. That may all change as they continue to grow . . .

I'm very sorry, Camille! I do think roosters often have heart attacks, more so than hens. After all, they do have a high stress job.

Gosh, I am SO sorry you lost your roo- and I do hope you get LOTS of good replacement choices from his sons that you will hatch. A good roo does stress himself guarding his girls, and taking care of them.
