I will be shipping chicks out to a couple people.

I also shipped out some eggs (fertility tester) ..... before I pulled the F1 girls out of the coop. So, that person will get some Delawares and some F1 crosses. I have only Delawares in there now.

Kathy- We have missed you on this thread . Welcome back.
Are these you F3 project PICs or original Del line ? They look awesome !

I have 70 more pages of this thread to read and will be caught up. But I have learned a lot.
And thanks to all that contributed.
Tom

Hmm ! I'm not a expert just learning and one picture does not show you everything . I see a wing drop and maybe could be a little heavier in chest . Nice marking. More Pics would be helpful.
Tom
. You're right it does drop a bit. He is still a cockerel so his chest will fill out a bit more. Thanks def something to work on. I just hatched round two so i will be looking for that.

Honestly, in my non-expert opinion his chest isn't all that bad either. I think we get caught up some times in pictures that show a bird in a certain pose and they they look that way all the time. I've seen my roosters chest look like the picture of of the SOP book and I've seen him look like a complete scrub, he's really somewhere in the middle.

I'll tell you what though, between his missing tail feathers (my Guinea hen picks on him something terrible) and the mud I'm not sure I would show him to anyone. :)
