I went out today and checked Biden's tail really well. It's all barred. Just some of it is really dark. In some spots you almost can't tell the dark black from the lighter barring.

That's good about Biden! I couldn't see it in the picture. Isaac's is like that, but one sickle feather ended up being white at the bottom half as it grew out longer. Bugs the heck out of me, LOL.
