Show off your Delawares! *PIC HEAVY*

Kim- mine dust bathe in their fresh shavings, too - and they are still little chicks!

CAN I GET OPINIONS?? Is this a little roo and maybe a possible 5 pointer developing? They should be 5 weeks today/tomorrow if I am counting correctly. Whoops- I forgot to upload pic- next post will have three pics of the heathen in question!

Here "he" is. . .

Cyn, I think he has Isaac's personality, too!

I thought I would die laughing last night- I agree, Scott, you don't look like a grandfather-

Oh, by the way, friends, I apologize for the poopy brooder- I took pics before cleaning and just realized it looks pretty awful in the pictures!

Hey, poop happens! You know, Ike wasn't the most friendly of the group as a chick. The most super friendly one turned out to not be the best choice, temperament wise. Isaac even bit me as old as 12 weeks, but he didn't like me scooping him up and holding his beak, LOL. At that age, they just test boundaries anyway. It's later, about 16-20 weeks, that you want to watch for that stuff. Now, he is such a love! We are so fond of Isaac. I hope you have a little Isaac.

I do, too. . .it's funny how soon the personalities start coming through. I have another with a good comb possibility if it straightens up, it flops to one side a bit, and he is pretty friendly. And I am still rooting for Superchick to be a "somebody" - I think he is a little roo, but he is still much smaller than everyone else. I will try for some pics on him later.

Yes, I love those troops and I lay claim to them Kim, so stop your lookin'!

I can see the little guys now patroling my boundries here. That just makes my day. Along with the reaction by "Yard full of it" (I almost spewed my coffee on that one)

Joletabey, that roo is great! I think he has great color and should grow up gorgeous. And a comb too... Hmmmph I think I need to go check mine.

Mine have taken to perching on feeder, so I have to put the top on the brooder now, darn it. I hate to muck up the view.

I'm beginning to feel like Issac.....the "girls" have all ganged up and are "pickin' on me"!

I think I'm taking my ball and goin' home!

LOL....being in the "job hunt" market gives me WAYYYY too much time to look at BYC.....I really need to get a job

Yard Full o' PERFECT Rocks, don't leave!!!! Girls only tease the guys they like!!!

Here is Superchick- for those of you that don't remember, Cyn and her DH glued this chick back together - what do you think? A little roo? (5 weeks tomorrow)
