I did! The other night I was sitting on the chair next to the brooder and talking to them. She would chirp back and I would talk to her, etc etc and on and on.

Then I walk inside the house.

I hear...PEEP PEEP PEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP

I walk back out. Sit down. She settles in to the pine shavings and peeps silently to me. I talk back, she peeps back. I walk inside again and I hear the same screeching from the garage. She threw a fit that I walked away.

Yep, I let a chick boss me around.
