Here are two of my chicks. They are the odd coloured ones. The others are all black. These have no names yet. I posted 2 pics of each. I purchased them as Easter Eggers.

Chick #1 has fully feathered feet. I am thinking she( ) must be mostly Silkie? She's pretty poofy.

Chick #2 has interesting white markings on the wings and stripes along her back.(again I am hoping for a hen) No idea what her predominate breed might be. Anyone have a guess. They are still pretty young, 3.5 wks.

The first two pictures are the same chick. She even has 5 toes like a Silkie. I am quite taken with my mystery chick too. Can't wait to see what the final colouring will be.

We have 10 of this quirky cross between a Spitzhauben rooster and a Sebright hen. I love both breeds and looked forward to the offspring. I abbreviate the name of the cross to 'Sprights.' They were hatched in May....some in incubator, and some by the Sebright hen. The Spitzhauben is silver spangled, and the Sebright is silver laced. Their Spright chicks have both spangles and lacing....I call it 'spanglaced. '

I’m calling this guy Hawkeye... he looks like a hawk and I thought he would lose an eye due too a peck wound. But he didn’t!!! And he’s stunning!!

Here he is with hopefully a pullet! I think their colors are stunning!
