How old does a hatch have to be to be considered a cock and not a stag

Thanks! I feel honored. No wonder I named him "Pretty Boy". He is the king of the hill alpha male of my farm. He has taught everybody who is boss and any young buck that starts getting cocky (LOL) he puts in his place. He has never even come close to being defeated in battle.
