My understanding aseel and Malay were the oldest oriental breeds.
And the others breeds of orientals are branches of product of selecting from those main breeds.
There are other breeds that were bred on some orientals to produce all the variations that we see now.
There are some pure Malays and aseels in Peru that actually have been well preserved.
There are some websites and blogs from some breeders from Peru ill try to find them and post some links .

Did you dub him yourself? If you did, can you tell me how to do it (and when). I want to dub my 5 months old. His comb is all sloppy and fallen over. It needs to come off.

He is a really heavy rooster for a game... I usually like them leaner than this, but he is the last and only grey I have (other than his mother and one daughter).

Yeah he has speed. He is really tall and lean.. He is a crazy good flyer too.
