Out of 20+ eggs in the incubator this guy was the only one who hatched and survived. Vigorous and hyper little fellow. Leiper hatch mixed with a yellow leg hatch hen (my only yellow leg hen).... Anyways his legs are yellow but he has a werid dark green spot at the base of the foot. Has anyone seen this before?

14 high noon hatch/ leiper chicks I just got today from the man how made this blood Gary cooper. Gary is as first class breeder and a first class gentlemen. if his fowl are like there breeder they will be some top shelf fowl. I ordered 1 dozen chicks 6 leiper 6 high noons and he sent me 14 chicks not to mention he is a nice guy to deal with and he knows his birds and he can tell you there make up back to the first bird. if your looking for game fowl tack a look at high noon hatch game farm.

Nice. In How long did u receive your ? I am in thinking of ordering the day old chicks . I was going to order some older stags and pullet but he's all out of them. So over all are you happy with how the order went ? I'm kinda scared to order a day old chicks. Please e give me more feedback. Thanks

Gary sent them on a Monday and I got them on a Wednesday I ordered 12 and Gary sent 15 all come toe marked and Gary will send you an email to let you now what toe marks are from what line and brood pen any question you have he will be happy to ask. Gary is a first class game breeder and he knows he's stuff wen it comes to fowl. all 15 chicks he sent made it alive next day I lost one that was last week and I still have 14 of them. I cant wait till they mature to see how they turn out. my next order will be from Jeremy chandler game farm. see I have a real nice black mug/ warhorse stag and he has some nice black fowl that has alot of mug blood in them and I want to start a black family with my black and Jeremy's blacks. I think he has like 6 family's of fowl and they all look good and same thing I have never heard a bad thing about Gary or Jeremy

Gary's farm is in Ohio it will all be up to were you live on how long till they get to your place. just make sure you have a high protein % chick starter and some vitamin/electrolyte water ready for them wen they get to you

What did you have ready for them. ? I feed my baby chicks purine starter and grow medicated .. ..high protein?

yes same here I use purena mills chick starter to but that is only 18%pro. for game fowl you need just a bit more so also give them some boiled egg yolks and meal worms to supplement there natural free range diet also the electrolyte will help with stress from shipping. the day Gary shipped my chicks it got down to 25 degrees that night but they were still ok. there is a mills game bird chow for quail and turkeys that is 30% pro. but I don't think it is medicated

Nice. Thanks a lot. For the advise and the tips. My husband's the one that deals with his birds.. but this year is all on me since he has no time to deal with them. I've hatch some already I have a couple of broodry hens.. we only have Kelso a hen from the Philippines she's great .. a stud mclean with a bit of albany and he had a couple bit he's not breeding or making a mix.
When he was a young kid he had a leiper that was a champ in mex.. so his fav are those lovely leipers .. it's like a long story. Lol. But I was debating on ordering some from coal mug miners or from Mr gary cooper. I'm getting more positive feed back from high noon ranch.
I will look for the other gentleman from cali and ask him.
