I just picked 11 Leiper hatching eggs this weekend. Half under a broody hen and the others in the incubator.

No, he isn't mine. He belongs to the guy I got the eggs from. I'm in TX so if jungleexplorer is from TX I guess it could be the same guy.

If u like him get him. Just saying don't expect much action but if you're into just the look well he's an ace in looks. I personally don't think he has any oriental blood too lean but hatch, Kelso type do come high to med station just depends how they hatch out.

definitely has the looks. But like I said my wife would either kill or divorse me... too many roosters already and she is a day sleeper (works nights) so she hates the crowing.

I was thinking oriental because of the hock (leg) length. but who knows... I might text him an ask.

yes ( wild man ) he's mainland JF x yokohama I figured if I couldn't find a grey JF hen a silver dom or at least a barred OEG would make some wild looking offspring BUT silver dom would keep that wild personality

the pic doesn't do him justice I can never get the pics to come out right of the purple and green under his colar the green has purple stripes like the barred pattern but purple on green rather than black on white

Silver doms are hard to find here not like further south I'm from FL originally people here act like they don't know what that is I saw a hen sell at auction as a barred rock bantam nobody knew what it really was unlucky for me the guy didn't see me bidding in the crowd the people that got it are in for a suprize when its offspring starts fighting everything on the yard

Well I hope tomorrow to get baby pics up of our new chicks that hatched out today. Just figure I will let them dry off, and then give them plenty of food and water and rest for awhile before I start taking pics.
