Here is little man a bit closer, and he actually used his wing as a crutch today so we got a lot of his wings. Even brownie tried to get in it, however it wasn't her best side.

Interesting colors... Looks like Grey hackle, but black body... Definitely mix of gamefowl breeds. I saw an ad on my local craigslist for Brass Back butcher that looks a lot like him... here is the photo from the ad.. The feather colors are almost opposite of your Little man tho... and you legs arent pink/white...

He likely something like Marek's disease. Get him away from other birds and watch those exposed to him. After dealing with that several times I have learned to euthanize sooner thAn later. He will never regain full mobility even if appears to walk normally.

He has a sprained leg its not broken but a bad sprain that is all. Along with a few cuts on the bottom of his feet and a few toes being sore we were lucky to have had him make it through it. My Delaware however will be put down. I can't keep him away from any rooster he just enjoys the thrill of fighting through the fence with them.

That is a pretty one. I am pretty sure mine is most likely a mix of something. But they all are pretty to me.

I have had more than I care to admit get into fights through wire. Damage to feet, head and sometimes bill is a considerable yet such birds are typically able to stand just fine. That bird has little or no damage evident to feet or head so reason he is down now is not related to fighting through wire unless he is extremely infirm. He has the chickens version of polio.
