Show Off Your Games!

What else do you think of him compared to the other standards?

I feel his comb is too big, but that doesn't really matter since they are generally dubbed. His breasted doesn't look as prominent as it usually is, just due to the angle of the photo.

He is great to hold and feels very firm. Contracts legs and wings well, in my opinion.
As someone who has never had Australia pit game (we don't have them here in the US) but just basing on the standards. I think he's pretty close, but like you mentioned his comb and wattles are too big in my opinion- this doesn't matter too much if they're dubbed though.

Secondly I'd like to see a richer tail and hackle. It calls for "medium" tail and hackle, I'd call him short tailed and would prefer to see a tail and hackle more like this bird which is also a Aussie pit from a friend of mine.

The tail/hackle issue could be that your birds just young though- with age he may fill out.

His comb spikes are not uniform or consistent.. and his wing (flight) feathers are out of place and overlapping. which is a simple fix. a little dubbing and preening should fix.

He looks robust and athletic, especially for a bantam. I think that his legs are of good length. I'd like to see some more pictures.

Nice Flock of OEGB... I like these two photos.. The White/blue hen on the bottom is similar to a pure white spanish game hen I had (actually had 3, but one survived to breed with my American Games).

Thank you, they are my sweetest chickens ecspecialy the white/blue hen she will perch on you all day if you let her. My kids like her the best because she is so sweet.

Above is a great example of show winning quality. What I would do to have him in my flock. I am hoping mine grows his tail in the next moult. He'd be only just old enough to dub.

Weather permitting ( rain not cold ) 3 or so weeks there outside 6 weeks on the ground if they make it they make it
