He has saddle and hackle feathers.

Those are bullstag feathers soon to be replaced. The replacement feathers of saddle that brown, rounded with stripe down rachis are evident dorsally in the second picture. New hackle feathers not yet evident.
Also note he has more typical sicle feathers coming in. I have not observed the transition from male to female feathering in Hennie birds. I will keep everyone post as he comes into full cock feathering which will not be complete for a another 60 days. I think he will end up being a mosaic. Next year if hennie is real the transformation will be more complete.
