This maybe a fruitless cause as I was hoping remnants of that line still exists. My suspicion it is one of those lines that fell by wayside as laws became more stringent and this variant is not pretty..

Did you have any luck with your redquill search? I may have to resort to the crap to get a start in the direction I want to go. Requill carries the genes needed to get to hen coloration I am interested in.

Three Rivers Game Farm in TX has Redquills. They used to have a website but it doesn't work anymore. The man's name is Frank Myers but I don't know how to contact him now.

No it's a man who likes a certain sport that I buy my hens and some stags from. I just restarted buying from him this year. The only reason I know of him is he used to work with my dad.
