i like to school my birds before I dub them. School starts at 10-14 months depending on how the bird matures. I'm Sure as lone as he is more than 10mo he isn't too young. Toppy and Asil don't carry large comb or wattles so he may just look young to those not familiar with your line. The lobes could have been cut a tad closer and the comb may be a little close but that is a matter of perspective, the wattles look good, it will heal nicely.

well the muff hen is sitting on 7 of here eggs father is the white rooster plus a few murphys and kelsos i think thats the only american chickens we will keep realy no need to have 5 breeds with the murphys...

I hear you. My muff hen just started laying and she usually sits in two weeks of the first egg.

Love them muffs I use to have a gray American muff only one I ever had big goofy rooster about 6 pounds you no something tho that old shake muff did his thing and turned out to be a good rooster....

He's going down to there(P.R.) for his brothers 103 birthday, June 8. Since about January, every time I see him I tell him to bring me back some eggs. He's always like, "sure, ok, no problem". The other day when I told him, he said, "ju know, eats no like eat use chew be." lol

Finally going to be raising some Thai Game Fowls. I've always wanted them for a long time now. Got myself 2 thai stages and 2 thai pullets. The darker one is now 4 months old and the Orange one is now 3 months old. The orange one should be much bigger because they are about the same size right now and the orange one has bigger feet still.
