Show Off Your Games!

My dark Cornish hen got crossed up with my American gamecock. The chicks are the most skiddish chicks I have ever had. Does anybody know what will come out of this cross?

. Good one! But what characteristics will they have? Or do I butcher
quickly?

Thanks. I really like the way he is put together. The man I bought him from had four brothers, all identical. I had a real hard time choosing one, but I think I got the best one. He is put together very well. Strong, compact, broad shoulders, and very agile.

I know where you can get a real good deal on a slightly oversized grey cock soon! lol

Sad news group I went away for the weekend and the worst you can imagine happened... One of my stags got out of the pen and got severly hurt the other cock he got into it with is in a little better shape only b/c he is still crowing. They are both eating and drinking but the swelling is really bad. I have applied some neusporin and cleaned them both up good but I got the feeling one of them is not going to make it. I don't want to cull just yet in hopes that he will get it together. I hate when this happens

Thanks. It's just has to be one of the worst feelings trying to decide whether to kill him to put him out of misery or just hopping he will pull thru. It's day 2 he can barely walk he will drink and eat but not crow. He mostly lays on the ground. The other roo is in the same shape but he still crows. They both still have their eyes.

OMG I am so sorry for you, I hope they are both going to be ok.

If they're eating and drinking don't worry, they will be sore for a few days but should be fine as long as they have their eyes.
