Show Off Your Games!

I've owened Games most of my life but I've never really cared about whether they were OEG or American. So my question is how do you tell if they are OEG or American ?
In the US is simple; OEG will not be game most of the time as most of them are purely show fowl. OEG in America will only have white legs and single/straight combs except in the cases of dark varieties which have black legs; There are not many OEG keepers, there is only one hatchery to my knowledge (Cackle) that supplies them so they are not what you will find on flea markets, most of them are American Game crosses.

And also: The people are key. Breeders will know what they have, so they will say either OEG or AG... The majority of people on this forum though with "OEG" and the various birds at flea markets/swaps are nothing more than AG or AG crossed with heritage breeds in all (quite a lot) of the cases I have seen.

Muscovie Lover I love the color of the Black tailed white Rooster you pictured, you wouldn't happen to have any hens of the same color as him to breed with to sell me some eggs would you??? Lynn in Okla.
