Show off your house ducks!

@Julie Bird you would just die over how sweet my Winter is. Only time she lets out a loud cry is when she's in her pen and wants me to come pick her up. Then when I do, she lays on my chest, snuggles up in my neck, and literally gives me kisses on my mouth with her little beak. She is so calm (and I mean incredibly tame), friendly (so unbelievably sweet), and just so absolutely beautiful. I love my girl <3

Do you have any pictures of your babies?

Some info on duck ages I've seen.... fully feathered around 16+ weeks. And sexually mature around 23+ weeks.
Here's some sites I looked at... didn't see much specifics on calls.

One thread on BYC said 4wks... I don't think that's correct.

Don't know if you saw my post earlier. I put up a few pics of my "cuddle duck". He (I think) is the only one out of my 8 that will allow me to pick him up. The others show affection if I'm outside, but nothing like my GreyFeather.

Bean does the same thing! Nothing makes her happier than snuggling in my lap or on my shoulder. She'll nestle herself in my hair and take a nap. It's so nice to have such sweet baby girls. <3

EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!! I can't take it! Winter is TOO CUTE! The upside-down pic reminds me so much of Wobbles as a tiny baby. He'd pass out on his backside all the time, the silly boy! I'm absolutely in love. You are such a good duck mama, and lil' Winter is simply the best!

Ha ha, look at me. I never wanted kids, yet here I am changin' diapers and mewling over ducklings as if they were human babies!

Ohmygosh!!! I've seen the videos! Wobbles snoozing upside-down as a baby duckling was to die for! And now, he is so beautiful! Those pure white feathers are something and I can't wait for Winter's! That was so sweet! You are a wonderful duck mama as well!!!

@AmandaVirginia AaAAAAIiiiiieeeee!!!! Sooo adorable! I just Love little ducklings. I would have one or 2 around at all times if I could.
No idea what breed GreyFeather is. I've posted a few different places, but haven't gotten any feedback. After some reading on BYC I am starting yo think he may be a runner. He's the thinnest and most lanky one we have.Plus the way he stands and walks so proud and tall. At 4ish wks he's as tall as our 7wk Pekings.

@Amykins finally saw the vid of bean! Love it.
Was wondering how you're able to post them on here. Do you have links of your others?

@LadyHawkeAvry
Congtats to you and you're daughter on graduation day.
Would love to see some pictures of missy! I've read a bit about her and her antics, am very curious of what she looks like.

@saltandpepper2 from what I understand, a hoarse quack could be signs of a Drake.

@SilkieSensation
So even with my youngest being 3wks; I could pick each one up and "guess" which sex they are by their voice? It's so hard to tell the differences though.

@Juliebird
Are you one of the members would can't have their own pets? Where are you located? I'd be happy to share. LoL.
Also, when I figure out how to post a vid, I will be sure to take some of my cuddle duck just for ya!
